Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases on lordequestrian.com (and the Lord EQ shop hosted on related domains), operated by M2 CAROUSEL S.R.L., CUI 52532086, Trade Registry J2025071119002, registered office: Bucharest, Sector 6, Ion Cretescu Street no. 9, Romania. Products and prices

Products are horse halters and related equestrian goods described on the product pages. Prices are shown in RON. The seller is not a VAT payer. Displayed prices do not include VAT. Shipping within Romania is currently 0 RON.

Orders and payment

You may order as a natural person or as a company (company name and CUI required). Payment is by card in RON through a secure payment page. Card data is entered there, not on this site. An order number is issued for each payment attempt. Order and customer data are stored so we can fulfil the order.

Delivery

We currently deliver in Romania. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. EU delivery may be offered later under updated terms.

Withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (natural person), you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by you. Send returns to: M2 CAROUSEL S.R.L., Bucharest, Sector 6, Ion Cretescu Street no. 9, with the order number. Email contact@lordequestrian.com before sending the parcel. Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the return, using the same payment method where possible. Goods should be unused and in a condition that allows resale.

Companies

Business buyers (legal persons) may have different return rules agreed in writing. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B contracts in the same way.

Governing law

Romanian law applies. Romanian courts have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

Produse si preturi

Vindem capestre si accesorii equestre descrise pe paginile de produs. Preturile sunt in RON. Vanzatorul nu este platitor de TVA. Preturile afisate nu includ TVA. Livrarea in Romania este momentan 0 RON.

Comanda si plata

Poti comanda ca persoana fizica sau persoana juridica (denumire si CUI obligatorii). Plata se face cu cardul in RON pe o pagina securizata de plata. Datele cardului se introduc acolo, nu pe acest site. Fiecare tentativa de plata primeste un numar de comanda. Datele comenzii si ale clientului sunt stocate pentru livrare.

Livrare

Livram momentan in Romania. Termen estimat: 3 pana la 5 zile lucratoare de la confirmarea platii. Livrarea in UE poate fi oferita ulterior, cu termeni actualizati.

Retragere (consumatori)

Daca cumperi ca persoana fizica (consumator), poti renunta in 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea produselor, fara motiv. Costul returului il platesti tu. Trimite coletul la: M2 CAROUSEL S.R.L., Bucuresti, Sector 6, Str. Ion Cretescu nr. 9, cu numarul comenzii. Scrie la contact@lordequestrian.com inainte de expediere. Rambursarea se face in maxim 14 zile de la primirea returului, pe acelasi mijloc de plata unde este posibil. Produsele trebuie sa fie nefolosite si in stare vandabila.

Persoane juridice

Pentru companii, regulile de retur pot fi diferite, pe baza unui acord scris. Dreptul de retragere al consumatorului nu se aplica identic la B2B.

Legea aplicabila

Se aplica legea romana. Instantelor din Romania, fara a limita protectia obligatorie a consumatorilor.
