What we process

When you place an order, join the waitlist, or reserve a product we may process: name, email, phone, delivery address, company name and CUI (if you buy as a company), order or reservation contents, order number, payment status, marketing email consent (when you tick the box), and technical data needed to run the shop (for example language preference and cart contents in your browser).

Why

To fulfil contracts (orders), hold a reservation, issue invoices when required, customer support, legal accounting retention, and, with your explicit consent, to send transactional and marketing emails about your reservation, when card payment opens, and Lord EQ offers (for example the Welcome code for 10% off at online payment launch). You can withdraw consent anytime by writing to contact@lordequestrian.com.

Where data is stored

Order, reservation and customer data are stored in Supabase (Postgres), project hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Payment card data is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on this website. Email may be sent through our business mailbox or automation tools (for example Zoho or n8n). Hosting for the shop may use Netlify. These providers act as processors or independent controllers for their services, under their own terms.

How long

Orders and invoices related data are kept as required by Romanian accounting and tax rules (typically up to 5 or 10 years, depending on the document). Waitlist and reservation contacts used for email are kept until you ask to be removed or withdraw consent. Browser cart data stays on your device until you clear it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@lordequestrian.com. You may also complain to ANSPDCP (Romanian data protection authority).

Ce prelucram

La comanda, waitlist sau rezervare putem prelucra: nume, email, telefon, adresa de livrare, denumire firma si CUI (daca cumperi ca PJ), continutul comenzii sau rezervarii, numarul comenzii, statusul platii, acordul pentru emailuri de marketing (cand bifezi casuta), si date tehnice necesare magazinului (de exemplu limba si cosul in browser).

De ce

Pentru executarea contractului (comenzi), retinerea rezervarii, facturare cand e cazul, suport, pastrare contabila legala si, cu acordul tau explicit, pentru a trimite emailuri transactionale si de marketing despre rezervare, deschiderea platii cu cardul si oferte Lord EQ (de exemplu codul Welcome pentru 10% reducere la lansarea platii online). Poti retrage acordul oricand scriind la contact@lordequestrian.com.

Unde sunt stocate datele

Datele de comanda, rezervare si client sunt stocate in Supabase (Postgres), proiect gazduit in Uniunea Europeana (regiunea Frankfurt). Datele cardului sunt prelucrate de procesatorul de plati si nu sunt stocate pe acest site. Emailul poate fi trimis prin casuta noastra de business sau unelte de automatizare (de exemplu Zoho sau n8n). Magazinul poate fi gazduit pe Netlify. Acesti furnizori actioneaza ca persoane imputernicite sau operatori distincti, conform termenilor lor.

Cat timp

Datele de comenzi si documente contabile se pastreaza conform obligatiilor legale din Romania (de regula pana la 5 sau 10 ani, in functie de document). Contactele de waitlist si rezervare folosite pentru email raman pana ceri stergerea sau retragi acordul. Cosul din browser ramane pe dispozitivul tau pana il stergi.

Drepturile tale

Poti cere acces, rectificare, stergere, restrictionare sau portabilitate, unde se aplica, si te poti opune prelucrarii bazate pe interes legitim. Scrie la contact@lordequestrian.com. Poti depune plangere la ANSPDCP.
